Conference Information

The Minnesota Collection Network is pleased to sponsor this three day collections conference on Campus Based Programs and Student Accounts Receivable. Our Network was formed in 1988 to increase the level of communication between educational institutions. One way of doing this is to provide conferences at minimal cost. You won't want to miss this opportunity to interact with others and take advantage of our seminars.

Dress
Dress for the conference will be casual. School sweatshirts are encouraged. Temperature of seminar rooms can vary from cool to warm, so please dress accordingly.

Registration is online & and confirmation will arrive by email.

Costs 

  • School Attendees
    • $305.00 per person - Minnesota Collection Network Member
    • $360.00 per person - Non-member
  • Vendor or Company Attendees
    • $710.00 one person - Minnesota Collection Network Associate Member
    • $810.00 one person - Non-Network Associate Member
    • $410.00 each additional person - Associate Member and Non-member
  • Late Registration/payment – After October 1, 2010
    • School attendees add $30.00 per attendee
    • Commercial attendees add $60.00 per attendee

Payments
Conference fee is based on registration and payments received by October 1, 2010. The fee includes two continental breakfasts, one breakfast buffet, two luncheons, Sunday evening reception, Monday evening reception, all refreshment breaks and all conference materials. For payments received after October 1, 2010, add the appropriate late fee stated above.

Vendor fees include a draped 6 ft. table for display and electrical connection.

Guests are invited to the Monday evening opening reception at an additional cost of $50.00 per guest.

If you do not receive a registration confirmation, please e-mail registration@mnnetwork.org to verify your registration before you depart for the conference.

Hotel
While hotel costs are not covered by the Network, we have secured special hotel rates for all attendees: $123.00 single/double plus tax. Check in: 3:00 PM, check out: 12:00 Noon. Please ask for the special MN Collection Network rate when making reservations. Limited number of rooms will be held at this rate until September 20, 2010.

Airport Transportation
The Sheraton is about 9 miles from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP).  The hotel has discontinued their airport shuttle service. If you require transportation asssistance, or if you have any additional requests, please feel free to contact the hotel at (952) 835-7800.

  • Taxis are approximately $25.

Refunds

Refunds will be honored if notification of cancellation is received in writing or e-mail by October 8, 2010. A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for school attendees and $100.00 for vendors.

No refunds will be honored after October 8, 2010. Substitutions are permitted if registrant(s) cannot attend. Please notify the MN Network of substitutions by e-mail : registration@mnnetwork.org.
